KEMASKINI MAKLUMAT PERMOHONAN :
Pemohon dibenarkan untuk mengemaskini maklumat permohonan sebelum tarikh tutup iklan.
SEMAKAN STATUS PERMOHONAN :
Pemohon boleh mengetahui status atau keputusan permohonan kemasukan yang dipohon secara online melalui laman web Institut Pengajian Siswazah http://ips.upsi.edu.my.
CARA MEMOHON :
- Pemohon perlu mengisi maklumat yang diperlukan dalam Sistem On-Line.
- Pastikan butiran maklumat yang telah diisi dengan lengkap sebelum menekan butang ‘hantar’.
- Pemohon perlu mencetak dan membuat salinan bagi dokumen-dokumen berikut.
- Wang proses atas nama Bendahari, UPSI RM15.00 sahaja.
- 1 keping gambar berukuran pasport (sila masukkan dalam sampul surat kecil).
- 2 salinan No. Rujukan (sila lekatkan gambar berukuran pasport)
- 2 salinan Kad Pengenalan yang disahkan.
- 2 salinan transkrip ijazah pertama/kedua yang disahkan.
- 2 salinan skrol ijazah pertama/kedua yang disahkan.
- 2 salinan transkrip Diploma Pendidikan yang disahkan (jika ada).
- 2 salinan skrol Diploma Pendidikan yang disahkan (jika ada).
- 2 salinan cadangan penyelidikan (bagi program Mod C dan Ph.D. sahaja).
- 2 salinan surat tawaran biasiswa/pembiayaan yang disahkan (jika ada).
- 2 salinan surat pengesahan dalam perkhidmatan (jika berkaitan)
- 1 salinan Laporan Pengadil (ketua majikan atau seorang yang boleh menilai laporan pencapaian akademik anda dan sila masukkan Laporan Pengadil tersebut dalam sampul surat yang dilakri)
* Sila susun salinan sijil-sijil dan dokumen-dokumen mengikut turutan di atas.
* Dokumen-dokumen di atas hendaklah dibuat dalam 2 set borang permohonan.

APPLICATION INFORMATION UPDATE :
Applicant are allowed to update aplication informations before closing date of the adverstisement.
CHECKING APPLICATION STATUS :
Applicants can check the status or results for the admission application which was applied online through the website of the Institute of Graduate Studies http://ips.upsi.edu.my.
HOW TO APPLY :
- The applicant must fill out the required information in the On-Line System.
- Make sure the information details has been filled completely before clicking 'send' button.
- The applicant must print and make copies of these documents.
- Process money RM15.00 only in the name of UPSI treasurer.
- A passport-sized photographs (please put in a small envelope).
- 2 copies of Reference No. (please paste your passport size photo).
- 2 copies of identity which has been certified
- 2 copies of first/ Second degree transcript which has been certified.
- 2 copies of first/ second degree scroll which has been certified.
- 2 copies of diploma of education transcript which has been certified (if any).
- 2 copies of diploma of education scroll which has been certified (if any).
- 2 copies of research proposal ( for mode C and PhD program only).
- 2 copies of the offer letter of scholarships / funding which has been certified (if any).
- 2 copies of letter of confirmation in service (if related).
- A copy of the Referee Report (the chief of employer or a person who can evaluate your academic achievement and please include the Referee Report in an sealed envelope packages).
* Please arrange the copies of certificates and documents in order as above.
* The documents above are to be made in two sets of application forms.
